Who the groups are for

Connection
with other men.

Both groups are specifically for adult neurodivergent men. Tell me what you would like support with and any questions or concerns you have about participating.

An intake session is required before you attend a group. This gives us an opportunity to discuss your needs and consider which group might be appropriate for you.

What we can talk about

Relationships.
Everyday life.
Your experience.

Conversations can include friendships, dating, family relationships, communication, loneliness, and the experience of being neurodivergent. Your own interests and concerns help us explore what you want from group support.

As a psychotherapist, I bring a perspective informed by psychoanalytic thinking and a thoughtful interest in relationships. In the groups, I value warmth, acceptance, and space for each person’s experience. I welcome questions about how participation works.
